A bit of context.
José founded Normandia Web more than a decade ago with a simple conviction: companies deserve software that adapts to them, not the other way around. Since then he has led the delivery of more than 50 enterprise projects —custom ERPs, web platforms, complex integrations, and applied AI systems— for Mexican companies that need serious technology, not templates.
His approach combines engineering rigor with an obsession for understanding the client's business. For José, the most important technical decision is not which framework to use; it is which problem is worth solving with code. It is the question that opens every Normandia project and the one that grounds any technical discussion that follows.
Over the years he has led projects across industries as different as logistics, insurance, education, manufacturing, and legal services. The diversity taught him something he repeats to his team: the details of every industry are unique, but the principles of a system that doesn't fail in production are always the same. Trustworthy data, visible processes, serious support.
Outside of work, he keeps an active passion for science communication. He follows advances in astronomy, quantum computing, generative AI, and biotechnology closely. That curiosity is what fuels Normandia's 70/30 duality: serious enterprise engineering nourished by the frontier of science.
