Privacy Notice

At Normandia Web S.A.S. de C.V. we value and protect your privacy. This Comprehensive Privacy Notice is issued in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the applicable guidelines in force in Mexico.
1. Data controller
Normandia Web S.A.S. de C.V. (RFC NWE2202174B2), with address in Tlalpan, Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for the processing, use and protection of your personal data.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect the data that you provide directly and voluntarily when contacting us through the “Profesor Nemo” assistant or our channels:
- Identification and contact: name, email, phone and company name.
- About your project: the information you choose to share about your needs, processes or requirements.
- Browsing: technical data such as IP address, device type and browser, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see section 9).
3. Sensitive personal data
Normandia Web does not collect sensitive personal data (data that may reveal racial or ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, political opinions, sexual preference, among others). We ask you not to share this type of information through the Site.
4. Primary purposes
Your personal data will be used for the following purposes necessary for our relationship:
- Handle your request, questions and messages.
- Prepare proposals and quotes and provide commercial follow-up.
- Provide and manage the contracted services.
- Issue the corresponding invoicing (CFDI) and comply with legal and tax obligations.
5. Secondary purposes
In addition, and only if you do not object, we may use your data to:
- Send you information about services, news and content that may be of interest to you.
- Conduct quality surveys and internal statistical analysis.
You may object to the processing of your data for these secondary purposes at any time, by stating so through Profesor Nemo or the means indicated in section 7. Your objection will not be grounds to deny you the requested services.
6. Grounds and basis for processing
The processing of your data is carried out on the basis of your consent and in compliance with the LFPDPPP, its Regulations and other applicable Mexican regulations. In the case of users subject to international regulations (such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), the additional rights recognized by such regulations will be honored where applicable.
7. How to exercise your ARCO rights
You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it is not required for the stated purposes, and Object to its processing (ARCO rights), as well as to withdraw your consent.
To exercise these rights, you can start your request through the “Profesor Nemo” assistant on the Site. Your request must state your name, the data on which you wish to exercise the right and a clear description of what is requested. We will respond within the time frames provided by the LFPDPPP. The company will make available to you the procedure, requirements and, where applicable, the formal contact channel to process and follow up on your request.
8. Data transfers
Your personal data will not be transferred, sold or traded to third parties for marketing purposes. It may only be shared when necessary to provide the service (for example, technology infrastructure or invoicing providers acting as data processors) or when required by a competent authority, under the terms of Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, without requiring your consent.
9. Use of cookies and tracking technologies
The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to improve the browsing experience and obtain usage statistics. These technologies may collect data such as your IP address, sections visited and browsing time. You can disable cookies from your browser settings, bearing in mind that this could affect the functioning of some sections.
10. Security measures
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.
11. Data retention
We will keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the described purposes and the applicable legal obligations; afterwards it will be blocked and deleted in accordance with the regulations.
12. Changes to the Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice may be modified as a result of legal changes or changes in our practices. Any update will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the latest version.
13. Consent
By providing your personal data through the Site and/or the “Profesor Nemo” assistant, you state that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and grant your consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the purposes described herein.
14. Authority
If you believe that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may turn to the competent authority for the protection of personal data in Mexico, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
15. Apps on third-party platforms
The data processing carried out by the applications that Normandia Web operates on Meta’s platforms (Facebook and Instagram) is governed by the Privacy Policy for Meta Apps, complementary to this Notice.
