Privacy Notice.

Normandia Web S.A.S. de C.V. is a Mexican company. The processing of your personal data is governed by Mexican law — specifically the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any inconsistency, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Data controller

Normandia Web S.A.S. de C.V., Mexican Tax ID NWE2202174B2, registered office in Tlalpan, Mexico City, Mexico.

For any matter related to your personal data, including the exercise of your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition), please contact us at hola@normandiaweb.com. Commercial inquiries are handled through our conversational assistant Professor Nemo on this site.

2. Data we collect

  • Identification and contact: full name, company, email, phone (optional).
  • Project data: service requested, problem description, indicative budget, timeline, existing systems to integrate with.
  • Browsing and technical: IP address, session ID, device type, language, referring page, UTM and campaign parameters. Collected in pseudonymized form.
  • Attachments: any files you voluntarily share through the chat.
  • Conversation content: the messages you exchange with Professor Nemo.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, racial/ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, sexual preference, etc.). Please do not share this type of information through our channels.

3. Purposes of processing

3.1 Primary (necessary)

  • Respond to your commercial inquiry through Professor Nemo or human staff.
  • Generate and follow up on a sales opportunity; coordinate scheduled calls.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals; if engaged, fulfill contractual, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • Keep a record of the conversation as evidence of informed consent and agreements.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations of Normandia Web.

3.2 Secondary (you may opt out)

  • Aggregate and anonymized statistical analysis to improve the captation channel.
  • Continuous improvement of Professor Nemo, including automated analysis of closed conversations to refine the assistant's behavior.
  • Occasionally, informational communications about new services or content published by Normandia Web.

4. Automated decisions

Professor Nemo is an AI-powered conversational assistant. Its responses, including the preliminary classification of your inquiry as viable or not, are decision support and do not constitute a final automated decision. Any formal engagement or rejection of a project is reviewed by a human at Normandia Web before being communicated to you.

5. Data transfers

For service operation, your data may be transferred to:

  • Anthropic, PBC (United States): conversational processing through the Claude model API, under contractual confidentiality and no-training-on-customer-data terms. Normandia Web applies automated redaction layers to minimize exposure of identifiers and secrets before each transfer.
  • Google LLC (United States): internal email notifications through Google Workspace SMTP, strictly for message transport.
  • Infrastructure providers: the site and data are hosted on servers in the United States (Hostinger), subject to contractual security obligations.
  • Competent authorities: when required by a judicial, tax, or administrative authority through a duly grounded and motivated order.

Except for the above, Normandia Web does not transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes without your express consent.

6. Your ARCO rights

You, or your legal representative, have the right at any time to:

  • Access your personal data held by Normandia Web and the details of its processing.
  • Rectify your data when inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Cancel your data when you believe it is not being used in accordance with the law, this Notice, or any executed contract.
  • Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
  • Revoke any consent granted and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise these rights, send a request to hola@normandiaweb.com with:

  1. Your full name, address or means to receive the response.
  2. Copy of valid official identification. If acting through a representative, copy of the power of attorney or accreditation.
  3. Clear description of the data and the action being requested.
  4. Any other element or document that helps locate the data.

Normandia Web will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt, in accordance with Article 32 of the LFPDPPP. If the request is granted, it will become effective within 15 business days following the notification.

7. Cookies and equivalent technologies

This site does not install persistent advertising tracking cookies. It uses only:

  • A session identifier stored in sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab) to maintain continuity of the conversation with Professor Nemo.
  • Language and theme preference in localStorage for browsing experience.
  • A pseudonymized identifier generated from the hash of your IP, user agent, and date, used solely for aggregate funnel analytics. This identifier changes daily and does not allow re-identification across separated visits.

8. Security and retention

Normandia Web applies reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal data: TLS encryption in transit, role-based access restriction, audit logging of administrative operations, and encrypted backups in accordance with industry best practices.

9. Changes to this Notice

This Privacy Notice may be modified due to new legal requirements, changes in services, or internal policies. Any modification will be published on this page with the updated date. We encourage you to review it periodically.

10. Supervisory authority

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been infringed, you may file a procedure before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI). More information at www.inai.org.mx.

11. Consent

By using this website, interacting with Professor Nemo, submitting the initial capture form, or sharing a file, you acknowledge and expressly accept the terms of this Privacy Notice and the processing of your personal data as described herein.
